My Valentine Heart

Have you Joined the Heart Club? 
Please note: This product is made to order, allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Larger/longer names will appear smaller in size to accommodate the heart size.

INSTRUCTIONS TO PERSONALISE HEART: 
1. Add the heart to your shopping cart. 
2. Use the notes in checkout to type your two custom names (list in order). 
3. Names will be separated with a small illustrated love heart (as shown). 

Heart Size: 19x20cm (Approx)

Medium: Ceramic Plaster. 
Finish: White Base.
Decoration: Hand-illustrated design.

Installation: Includes a small hook on reverse to wall hang.
